Hermosa Senior Citizen's Center Community Lunch Menu for April 2026 April is bringing plenty to look forward to at the Hermosa Senior Citizen's Center Community Lunch. Along with familiar comfort-food favorites, this month’s menu features two new dishes we think ya'll will be especially excited to try: Chicken & Broccoli Casserole and Tamale Casserole. From beef stroganoff and goulash to country style ribs and Swedish meatballs, April’s menu is filled with hearty, home-cooked buffet-style meals served Monday through Thursday at noon sharp.
